It is not a law firm, it does not provide legal advice, and it will not tell you that you are "fully compliant" — no software can honestly promise that. What it can do is identify likely requirements, show you why they apply, point you at the official source, and tell you plainly when something is outside its coverage.

The catalog is built from primary sources — statutes, regulations, and official agency publications — and every published rule is versioned, tested, and reviewed before it can affect results. Where the platform is uncertain, it says "more information needed" rather than guessing.
