1. What the Service is — and is not

Comply-Wiz provides regulatory information, issue-spotting, monitoring, and document tools for U.S. small businesses. Comply-Wiz is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and no output of the Service is a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.Results are generated from your answers and our catalog of rules and sources; they may be incomplete or out of date. An item marked "not applicable" means only that our rule's conditions were not met, and the absence of an item means nothing at all. Content labeled as AI-drafted, AI-aggregated, or a recommended practice is exactly that. Using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not guarantee compliance with any law.

2. Accounts and plans

• Free plan: the poster gallery service, the questionnaire, and your high-level risk summary. The poster gallery is intended to remain free for as long as we operate the Service.
• Trial: a 14-day free trial of Premium; no payment method required; converts to Free automatically if you do nothing.
• Premium: one product for all customers, priced automatically from your questionnaire answers under our published, deterministic pricing policy. Your price reflects the complexity of monitoring your business — never your revenue, your risks, or your ability to pay.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your answers (they drive both results and price), for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and for activity under it.

3. Billing, cancellation, and refunds

When paid billing launches, Premium is billed monthly or annually at the price shown before purchase. 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of your first payment, contact support@zivx.com for a full refund. After 30 days, cancel anytime: you keep access through the end of your paid period, and no partial or pro-rata refunds are given. Your subscription price changes only when your answers change or at renewal with prior notice.

4. Your content

You may upload documents (for example, carrier-issued notices) and provide business information. You retain ownership of what you upload. You grant ZIVX a license to host, store, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service — including displaying poster-gallery content publicly at your gallery link, which is the point of that feature. You represent that you have the right to upload what you upload and that gallery content is appropriate for workplace posting. Documents we generate by completing an official template with details you provide are produced from your inputs; you are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy before relying on or posting them.

5. Attorney directory

The attorney directory lists firms from applications and public bar records. Listings, matches, and "verified" badges are informational only — not endorsements, referrals, or recommendations of any lawyer's quality. We accept no referral fees. Any engagement with a listed firm is solely between you and that firm.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful use; no uploading content you lack rights to or that is malicious; no scraping or bulk-extracting our catalog; no reverse engineering; no interfering with the Service; no using outputs to build a competing catalog. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its catalog, software, and content (excluding your content and official government documents, which belong to their sources) are owned by ZIVX and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business during your subscription.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIVX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR FINES, PENALTIES, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR COMPLIANCE OR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LAW; AND ZIVX'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify ZIVX against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law.

10. Arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your rights. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Texas, rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse. You and ZIVX each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@zivx.comwith the subject "Arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, this entire section is void.

11. General

These Terms are governed by Texas law (excluding conflicts rules). We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via the Service or email, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and ZIVX regarding the Service.
